Returns & Refunds
Here at The Hello Workshop, we take great pride in our products. All orders are checked, prepared and packed by hand in our little studio.
Although our attention to detail is second to none, occasionally an order might arrive that you’re not 100% happy with. In this case, The Hello Workshop will request for the item to be returned (at your own cost) for a replacement item, repair or refund. The Hello Workshop must be contacted and the item returned within 30 days of receiving it.
You will not be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
• You simply change your mind
• You find the product cheaper elsewhere
• You decide you have no use for the product
• The defect is a result of ordinary use and/or wear
• An error occurs from a typing mistake when placing your order (eg: shipping address)
• Your order is lost, undelivered or damaged during transit
